Account Deletion

To delete your Houseler account, email us from the address associated with your account at contact@datasamy.com. Include your company name and the email address used to sign in.

What We Delete

We delete or anonymize your account profile, company workspace, customer records, service history, appointments, notes, push tokens, and mobile sessions within 30 days of verifying the request.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or payment-dispute purposes. These retained records are kept only for the required period and are not used for active product access.

Before You Request Deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Export any business records you need before submitting the request. If your subscription is active, deletion also ends access to the Houseler service.
